We ship our products to all European countries and to The United States, Canada, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa.
Shipping is free to the following European countries: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany & Spain.
Shipping to the rest of Europe is at reduced price. Please use the Shipping Cost Tool in the shopping cart before checkout to check the shipping cost to the desired destination country.
Orders are typically shipped out the next day. We ship directly from our warehouse in Mechelen, BE and we only offer shipping to countries listed during checkout. Shipping time may vary, depending on the country the goods are shipped to. Please see the list of shipping time estimations below:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you receive your purchased item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our policy for pre-orders also starts on the date you receive your purchased item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with hangtags.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Gift cards and vouchers are non-returnable items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted - if applicable
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items - if applicable
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged due to production failures. If you need to exchange it for the same item but different color or size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping instructions.
