How long is the warranty?

The warranty for our products is two years.


What does the warranty cover?

We will repair or replace any products that have manufacturing defects, or products that have succumbed to reasonable wear and tear within the given warranty period. We will not accept the return of products that have been deliberately damaged (either by the owner or a third party) or subjected to unreasonable usage.

How do I make a claim on my warranty?

Please send an email to with the following information:

  1. Product Name/Product Article - you can find this on the white label on the inside of the bags Purchase Method: where did you buy our product?
  2. Description of the issue - Please provide pictures of the issue in attachment of the mail, so we can improve the quality of our products and services
  3. We will assess your warranty claim and respond to you within 48 hours to discuss the options with you.

Who pays the return shipping?

For warranty issues, we will cover all return shipping costs. For normal returns, please refer to the Returns Policy.
